Ms. Annie Du | Director of Business Development
Ms. Annie Du heads the Regalia Hotel Group business development throughout China. Ms. Annie Du has more than eighteen (18) years experience in real estate and hospitality industry in China and Canada. Ms. Annie Du led the positioning of Regalia Resort & Spa to a luxury hotel and spearheaded the corporate marketing for Regalia Hotel Group. She also serve as a Group Director of Business Development to oversee new project development and Sales & Marketing functions for all of Regalia properties.
Ms. Du received her Masters in Executive Business Administration from University of Westcoast, USA. Ms. Du is also a Certified Hospitality Sales Professional from American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA).
Ms. Esperanza S. Sparling | Group Director of Operations
Ms. Esperanza Sparling has more than fifteen (15) years experience in field of hotel and serviced residence industry. Ms. Esperanza Sparling is the Group Director of Operations, in charge of each of the properties' compliance to Regalia Hotel Group's service quality standard. She is also responsible for overseeing Regalia Hotel Group's major events to ensure that the events are inline RHG direction for brand building and total guest satisfaction. Ms. Esperanza Sparling heads Regalia Hotel Group's training and development program. Regalia's hospitality academy provides an effective training program to ensure service standard to be met at all Regalia Resort & Spa.
Ms. Sparling holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Colegio De San Juan de Letran in Manila and received her Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Sto. Tomas in Manila.

Mr. Eric Chung | Director of Projects
Mr Eric Chung has extensive experience in the architectural field and hospitality industry. Mr Chung has been involved in several hotel designs throughout his architectural career serving back in Melbourne, Hongkong and Shanghai. With his broad insight into the new age of luxury travel and International clienteles, he has been able to position Regalia's design vision on the China market. He is responsible for overseeing the entire project from design concept stage, construction, furnishings through to pre-opening. His expertise covers project design, construction supervision, government liaison, and supervision of Regalia's construction quality. He is also the key person in-charge of the pre-opening for all of the group's new properties.
Mr. Chung holds a bachelors degree in both Architecture and Planning & Design from Melbourne University in Australia. Prior to joining the group, he worked for the largest architectural firm in Hong Kong (DLN Architects & Engineering).
Ms. Carey Chung | Communications Director
As Communications Director for the Regalia Group, Carey Chung is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communications initiatives and revenue management for the group. She is also responsible for overseeing all brand building and corporate communications activities including public relations, international advertising, sales and marketing efforts and events organization.
Prior to joining the Group, she held various PR and marketing positions in a variety of hotel companies and 4A advertising and PR firms such as the IPG Group – Octagon Public Relations and Publicis Advertising Firm.
Ms Chung holds a BA Degree in Hotel Management from Griffith University in Australia.
Mr. Simon Chen | F&B Director
Mr. Simon Chen has over 20 years experience in the hospitality Industry. He is responsible for the group's F&B operation. He ensure all properties' F&B outlets maintains the highest standard of professionalisim, ethics and outstanding service towards each guests. He is also responsible in hiring, training and evaluation of F&B staffs for the entire group. Prior to joining Regalia he used to work in various 5-star hotel in Singapore, Australia and Japan. Mr. Chen has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and he is also a certified Sous Chef.
Ms. Jane Cao | Regional General Manager (Jiangsu Division)
Ms. Jane Cao has has substantial experience in the hospitality industry, mainly focused on hotel operations. Ms. Cao started her career with Regalia Hotel Group as Resident Manager for Regalia Suzhou. As the Regional General Manager of Regalia Hotel Group, she is in charge of the operational standard for Regalia Hotel Group properties in the Jiangsu Division. This involves monitoring each properties daily operations, review of compliance to budget, oversee staff training, development and assessment of each property.
Ms. Cao holds an EMBA Degree Major in Global Business Management from Northwestern Polytechinic Univeristy, USA.
Ms. Rose Wang | Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing
Ms. Rose Wang is responsible to assist the Director for Sales of the group. She mainly focus on the corporate sales & marketing function. She assist in the formulation, control and monitoring of sales plan. Ms. Rose Wang graduated from Institute Hotelier "Cesar Ritz", Switzerland. Ms Rose Wang has more than 10 years work experience in hospitality industry.
Ms. Judy Shi | Sales Director
Ms. Judy Shi is sales director of Regalia Hotel Group heading overall sales and market development of company. She is responsible for formulate, monitor and control sales plans. And she manages price and package of various events for improve Regalia Hotel Group. She ensures to accomplish company's sales objective.
Ms. Sandra Yang | General Manager (Regalia Resort & Spa – Suzhou)
Ms. Sandra Yang is responsible for the daily running and directing, coordinating and overseeing the overall operational activities of all departments. She is also responsible for ensuring that all business units operate and perform their activities in line with the Group's Quality Service Standard with the objective to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Ms. Yang has an EMBA Degree from Northwestern Polytechnic University, USA.
Ms. Wenny Zhu | Deputy General Manager of Operation
Ms. Wenny Zhu has more than ten (10) years experience in the administrative management for various hotels and resorts in China and New Zealand. She is responsible for the operation and Quality Control and ensure compliance to the group’s Standard Operating Procedures. Ms. Zhu is also responsible for giving orientation training for all employees. She ensures that company policies and procedures are conveyed clearly to the staffs and reiterated to the existing group personnel.
Mr. Henry Lin | Finance Manager
Mr. Henry Lin has more than ten (10) years experience in the field of Accounting & Finance. As the finance manager of Regalia Hotel Group, he is responsible for managing the development of budgets & revenues, financial analysis & projects expenditures. Also, he is in charge of financial reports for forecasting, trends, and results analysis for Regalia Hotel Group.
