Mr. Philip Sun | Group Director of Operations
Mr. Sun supervises the serviced residences and resort hotels' General Managers to ensure optimal operational and financial performance among existing and opening serviced residences and resort hotels. He has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held general manager posts at Holiday Inn Torrance, USA, Sheraton Group, Marriott Hotel and Ramada International.
Ms. Annie Du | Director of Business Development
Ms. Du is responsible for sourcing and recommending properties for development for the entire group. She and her team ensure that the property is up to Regalia's vision of development. Ms. Du led the repositioning of Regalia Resort & Spa to a luxury hotel and handled corporate marketing for the said property.
Ms. Esperanza S. Sparling | Director of Sales and Marketing (M.I.C.E.)
Ms. Sparling's role is to provide effective linkage between corporate sales and marketing and Regalia Hotel Groups properties to maximize revenues and ensure the successful and timely implementation of corporate initiatives. She is also responsible for successful marketing launches of Regalia Residences and Resort opening in Shanghai and Suzhou.
Mr. William Li | Director of Sales and Marketing (Corporate)
Mr. Li is responsible for tapping into the corporate clients and ensuring that all hotels met their financial performance targets and complied with corporate operational standards. Mr. Li is also responsible for the group's revenue generation and inbound sales and marketing. Prior to joining Regalia hotel group, he spent over 20 years in sales & marketing at a number of luxury hotels in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Mr. Eric Chung | Director of Projects
Mr. Chung is responsible for the successful completion and project management of hotel and serviced residences construction and expansion projects for Regalia Hotel Group. Prior to transferring to Regalia Hotel Group in 2006, Mr. Chung was connected with the largest architectural firm in Hongkong (Dennis Lau & Ng Chung Man Architects) and Japan (Nikken Sekkei) that equipped him with strong corporate management and international exposure.
Ms. Jane Cao | General Manager (Regalia Suzhou)
Ms. Cao sets and upholds Regalia Service Standard in all its serviced apartments and villas. She is responsible for ensuring cost effectiveness, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Since joining Regalia Hotel group in 2001, Ms. Cao has held a managerial position at Regalia Suzhou. Prior to joining the group, she held wide variety of operational various managerial positions for 15 years at Bamboo Grove Hotel.
Mr. Albert Lee | General Manager (Regalia Resort & Spa – Suzhou)
Mr. Lee's mission is to develop Regalia Resort & Spa services which will constantly perform and compete at the highest level with other boutique resorts and spa in China. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee is from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Prior to joining Regalia Hotel Group he have had more than 13 yrs experience with international hotels such as Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental Hotel Group in Malaysia and Singapore.
Ms. Molly Zhou | Assistant General Manager (Regalia Resort & Spa – Suzhou)
Ms. Zhou is responsible for assisting Regalia Resort & Spa in setting up and upholding Regalia standard of service. She makes sure that the operating standards are kept and total customer satisfaction is reached. She is mainly responsible for onsite sales and deals primarily with corporate clients. Ms. Zhou have 15 years experience in hotel industry and held various managerial position at Bamboo Grove Hotel.
